1. Who we are

Solomon Technology [legal entity name, state] (“we”, “us”) runs solomon.technology. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, book a call, request a free design or buy from us, and what we do with it. Our Web Design & Hosting Terms cover the services themselves.

2. What you give us

• Contact details: your name, email and, if you choose to, your phone number.
• About your business: business name, what you do, your current website and the sites or styles you like (free homepage design form).
• Your answers and picks: answers to our package assessment, and what you choose in the template builder (template, industry, colours, business name, tagline).
• Your logo: if you add one in the builder, it stays in your browser. It is not uploaded to us.
• Bookings: when you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, the time and your answers to its booking questions, and shares them with us.
• Purchases: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, what you bought and your picks; we never see or store your full card number.
• Consent records: when you agree to our terms or to calls and texts, we record that you did, when, and which version of the wording you saw.

3. What we collect automatically

• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to see how the site is used: pages viewed, device and browser, approximate location, how you arrived, and actions like starting a form, booking or buying.
• Advertising measurement: if you arrive from one of our Google ads, Google measures whether that visit led to a booking, lead or purchase.
• Cookies and similar storage: used for analytics, to remember things during your visit (for example, so the same popup doesn't show twice), and to connect your form submissions to your visit. See our Cookie Policy.

4. How we use it

• To reply to you, design your free homepage, run your demo call and deliver what you ordered.
• To recommend the right package from your answers and bring your builder picks to the call.
• To send the emails you asked for (a guide, your design, order updates) and, now and then, news about our services. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To call or text you, only if you opted in (section 6).
• To improve the site and measure which ads and pages work.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

5. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run our business, under their own privacy terms:

• HubSpot: our CRM; form submissions, bookings, orders and emails.
• Calendly: scheduling your call.
• Stripe: payments and receipts.
• Google (Analytics and Ads): analytics and ad measurement.
• Railway: hosting for this site.
• [Any other provider, e.g. an email platform, once in use.]

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a sale or merger of the business.

6. Calls and texts

• We only call or text you if you ticked the box agreeing to it. That consent is optional and never a condition of buying anything.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help.
• We do not sell or share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties for their marketing.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above: for clients, the length of the relationship plus [X years] for records; for leads who don't go ahead, up to [X months/years] unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Consent records are kept as long as needed to show you gave consent.

8. Your choices and rights

• Ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it: email [contact email].
• Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email; stop texts by replying STOP.
• Limit analytics with your browser's cookie settings or Google's opt-out add-on.

9. Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited access to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe and will tell you if a breach affects you, as the law requires.

10. Children

Our services are for businesses. The site isn't meant for children under [13/16], and we don't knowingly collect their information.

11. Changes and contact
