From first call to launch.
02 · First theme
An anime direction we both walked back
The first theme leaned anime: orange and blue on black, magic-cloud effects, ninja-style page transitions and card effects. Once it came together, neither of us loved it, and both sides agreed it sat too close to well-known anime IP. So we rebranded Rrezza with its own look.
03 · The rebrand
Colours are colours
We landed on a light blue and grey close to our own brand colours. Rrezza worried about reusing them. We didn't: brands share colours all the time. The goal isn't a colour nobody has used, it's a design that's unmistakably Rrezza.
04 · The idea
A store that moves
Back at the drawing board, we pitched an animated site where recorded videos interact with each other and with the product. We used AI to make videos of their products, to show them what their site would feel like in motion. They loved it.
05 · Version one
Ready to sell
Version one does as much as it can with product images and video, ahead of a fully custom design. Version two is in the works, but Rrezza was ready to start selling and pushing the brand, and what's live does that.
06 · Beyond the site
Branding the clothing itself
The work grew from a custom site into custom branding for their clothing. Over the last six months to a year we've helped them shape and structure it, while we design the perfect website package for where they're going.
